We outsource contract staff as Secretaries, Office Assistants and Bank Tellers; Conduct employee background checks and employee certificate verification; conducting Employee Engagement Survey and staff audit. We also consult on implementation of performance management system and organisation restructuring.
As part of our specialised training services, we assist clients to conduct staff induction programmes and organise Management Retreats.
FactBase Consulting Limited is led by Mr Samuel Boye Akinsulere as Principal Consultant/CEO.
Mr Akinsulere is a graduate of Economics, with Master’s Degrees in Economics, Banking and Finance, Management as well as the Chartered Institute of Marketing(London)’s Diploma in Marketing. He is also Certified Trainer (Centre for Management Development).
He has about 29 years working experience spanning manufacturing, banking, marketing research, advertising and consulting, having worked in top management positions in reputable organizations like DN Meyer Plc, RMS Ltd, Rosabel Advertising, Intercontinental Bank Plc, UTB Plc and Global Bank plc.
He was the first Training Manager of Intercontinental Bank (after the merger of four banks in 2005).He has been in active management consulting in the last eight years with exciting interest in technical and soft skills development such as leadership, team building, business communication, work ethics and attitudinal change management, selling skills development, credit risk management.
He runs the firm with a team of highly experienced and competent Associates in various fields of engagement.
